David L. Falk, LPO, CPO

David earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Delaware. He obtained his postgraduate Orthotic certificate degree from Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center in Downey, California. He earned his Prosthetic certificate degree from Northwestern University Medical School at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Before starting his practice in 1997, David spent many years as a staff practitioner at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City where he managed a heavy patient load and gained valuable experience handling complex cases.

David is certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics (ABC). He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthotics & Prosthetics (AAOP) and the Florida Association of Orthotists & Prosthetists (FAOP). He is a licensed practitioner in the State of Florida as an Orthotist and Prosthetist.

Jeffrey W. Price, LPO, CPO

Jeffrey earned his Bachelor’s degree at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He obtained his postgraduate Prosthetic & Orthotic certificate degrees from Northwestern University Medical School at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Before joining Falk Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc., Jeffrey spent many years as a staff practitioner at Harry J. Lawall & Son, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Jeffrey is certified in Orthotics & Prosthetics by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics (ABC). He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthotists & Prosthetists (AAOP) and the Florida Association of Orthotics & Prosthetics (FAOP). He is a licensed practitioner in the State of Florida as an Orthotist and Prosthetist. 

Justin Kuntze, LPO, CPO, MS

Justin earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Therapeutic Recreation and Park Management from Northwest Missouri State University. He then went on to receive his Masters of Science degree from the University of Utah in Experiential Learning. Justin practiced as a licensed Recreational Therapist for Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City helping adolescents with chemical dependency issues and psychiatric disorders.

Due to his diverse skills and interests, Justin also began a home remodeling business where he was able to design and build custom additions to homes. When Justin was looking to change careers he wanted to combine his patient care skills and his desire to design and create custom products. Before going back to school Justin volunteered at Shriners Hospital where he gained clinical experience with children. He also worked at Peak Prosthetic Designs as a technician mentoring under Certified Prosthetist, Joe Mahon. Justin had the privilege of helping Joe develop an adjustable prosthetic socket know as the RevoLimb. Justin decided to pursue a career in Prosthetics and Orthotics and attended California State University Dominquez Hills. There he received his postgraduate Certificate degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics. Before joining Falk Prosthetics & Orthotics Inc., Justin practiced at Audubon Orthotic & Prosthetic Services in Colorado treating a wide range of patients in both outpatient and hospital settings.

Justin is a certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics (ABC). He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthotics & Prosthetics (AAOP) and participates in the mentoring program for new students. Justin is also licensed by the state of Florida and a member of the Florida Association of Orthotists & Prosthetists (FAOP). 

Michael Bezzant, LPO, CPO

Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physiology from Brigham Young University before pursuing his Master’s degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics at Alabama State University. While drawn to many areas of healthcare, Michael was especially inspired by the hands-on innovation and long-term patient relationships unique to prosthetics and orthotics. He saw an opportunity to blend technical expertise with compassionate care—empowering individuals to regain mobility and independence.

His academic training emphasized a deep understanding of biomechanics and musculoskeletal pathologies to inform sound clinical decision-making. Michael brings extensive experience working with prosthetic patients of all ages and activity levels. What sets his care apart is his commitment to a patient-centered approach—prioritizing each individual’s goals, lifestyle, and comfort to ensure every solution is personalized and sustainable.

Michael is an exceptional prosthetist-orthotist whose expertise and dedication go far beyond the clinical realm. With a deep understanding of the field of prosthetics and orthotics, he takes the time to ensure each patient is fully informed and empowered. Michael excels at explaining why they are receiving specific care, the details of the prosthetic/ orthotic device they will be using, and the proper techniques for both operation and maintenance. His approach encourages patients to feel confident and knowledgeable about their journey, promoting self-care and device longevity.

In addition to his remarkable patient care, Michael has made a significant impact in the field by mentoring and training the next generation of prosthetists-orthotists. His guidance and commitment to education have shaped future professionals who continue to follow his example of excellence and compassion. Michael’s influence extends far beyond his direct patients, making him a cornerstone in the field of prosthetics and orthotics.

Vicki Thao LO, CO

Vicki brings compassion, expertise, and a deep-rooted passion for patient care to her role at Falk Prosthetics & Orthotics. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Metropolitan State University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and furthered her education with postgraduate certificates in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Century College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Eager to grow in her profession, she relocated to South Florida to complete her residency training in both orthotics and prosthetics.

Vicki was drawn to the field of orthotics because of its unique ability to combine clinical care with hands-on problem-solving. The opportunity to improve lives by crafting personalized solutions that restore mobility and function resonated with her deeply. For Vicki, orthotics is more than just a profession… it’s a calling to help people regain independence and confidence.

At Falk, Vicki treats a wide spectrum of patients, from pediatrics to geriatrics, across various care settings. She has extensive training and experience working with the pediatric population, and she approaches every patient with a thoughtful and tailored plan of care. She specializes in Cranial Remolding Orthosis, providing personalized care for pediatric patients to address and correct positional skull deformities through custom-fitted helmets. Vicki is highly experienced with a range of specialized software tools, including Smart Socks, Star Scanner, and Einsscan for helmets. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of how these technologies work, allowing her to streamline processes and deliver top-quality results. Whether it’s using Smart Socks for precise data collection, utilizing Star Scanner for scanning, or applying Einsscan for helmet modeling, Vicki is always committed to getting the job done efficiently and accurately.

Outside the clinic, Vicki is a dedicated and generous member of her community, always looking for ways to give back and make a positive impact. Her commitment to service carries through both professionally and personally.

Edward Wells, LO, CO

Edward earned his Bachelor’s of Business Management from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. He then continued to pursue a post graduate Certification in Orthotics from Northwestern University’s Prosthetic and Orthotic Center in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining the Falk team of practitioners, Edward had a broad exposure of orthotic experiences working in a level 1 trauma hospital and with numerous rehabilitation centers. Edward has a solid understanding in GAIT and biomechanical principles. He prides himself in providing the best comprehensive care possible while using a very kind mannered approach in patient care. Mr. Wells is certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics (ABC) and licensed by the State of Florida as an Orthotist. 

Elizabeth (Beth) Marengo, LO, CO, MPO

Elizabeth, known fondly by her patients as Beth, began her journey into the world of patient care at The Pennsylvania State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Driven by a passion for science, movement, and medicine, she continued her education and completed her Master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics at the University of Pittsburgh.

Beth was drawn to the field of Prosthetics and Orthotics for its unique blend of biomechanical science, creativity, and compassionate care, making it unlike any other healthcare profession. It’s a field where innovation meets human connection, and where every device is not just a product, but a step toward restored mobility and independence.

Since joining Falk, Beth has been pursuing a specialization in pediatric prosthetics and orthotics. Her work at the clinic has allowed her to play an active role in the design and fitting of cranial remolding helmets and pediatric prostheses; empowering children and their families with renewed hope and confidence.

Outside the clinic, Beth’s passion for healthcare extends across borders. She has participated in several mission trips, delivering care to underserved communities around the world. For Beth, global healthcare is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. She believes everyone deserves access to quality care, no matter where they live, and that the most meaningful impact often comes from reaching those with the greatest need.

With expertise, heart, and a dedication to making a difference, Beth continues to be an integral part of the Falk team and the many lives it touches.

Logan McCoy, LO, CO, MPO

Logan’s passion for the field of orthotics and prosthetics is deeply rooted in his personal journey. As a below-knee amputee, since the age of three, he has been a patient in the Orthotics & Prosthetics field for nearly his entire life.

From an early age, Logan developed an intimate understanding of the challenges and triumphs that come with living with a prosthesis. Over time, this experience transformed into a profound commitment for the profession—one that drives him to give back to the community that supported him throughout his life.

Logan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma, where he laid the foundation for his knowledge in the healthcare field. He continued his education at the prestigious International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics in Tampa, where he received his Master’s in Prosthetics and Orthotics.

With a particular focus on lower-limb prosthetics, Logan’s experience as an amputee allows him to offer a unique, empathetic perspective that many professionals in the field may not have. He understands firsthand the importance of a well-designed prosthetic in restoring both function and quality of life. His work with pediatric patients is especially meaningful to him, as he loves seeing how the right prosthetic helps children grow, develop, and reach their full potential.

Logan’s approach with patients is hands-on, personalized, and patient-centric. He goes beyond simply providing a prosthesis or orthosis; he invests the time to truly understand each patient’s needs, goals, and challenges. Whether it’s discussing their prognosis, walking them through the steps of fitting and care, or setting realistic expectations, Logan is committed to ensuring every patient feels heard, understood, and fully supported.

What truly sets Logan apart in the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics is his unwavering dedication to his patients and the deep, personal connection he shares with the profession. Unlike many healthcare fields, orthotics and prosthetics allow him to directly improve the lives of those facing physical challenges, providing not just mobility but also renewed confidence and independence. For Logan, there is no greater calling than to help others reclaim their lives, just as he has been able to do for himself.

Javier Ore', LO, CO, MPO

Javier’s path into the field of Prosthetics and Orthotics began with a strong passion for innovation and a desire to improve the quality of life for individuals facing physical challenges. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Florida International University, he pursued a Master’s degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics at the International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics. The field piqued his interest due to its unique combination of technology, creativity, and direct impact on people’s lives. Javier has always been inspired by the idea of innovating solutions that can help patients regain their independence and live more fulfilling lives.

Throughout his education and career, Javier has developed a sharp perception for identifying and addressing the needs of patients, particularly when it comes to fitting and designing prosthetics and orthotics that are both functional and comfortable. He has honed his skills in a variety of patient populations, with a special focus on Cranial Remolding Helmets for pediatric patients. Javier finds working with children particularly fulfilling, as he believes that early intervention in their care leads to a lifetime of improved outcomes. His passion for pediatrics is driven by a deep desire to help shape a brighter future for young patients, ensuring that they have the support they need to grow and thrive.

For Javier, healthcare is about more than just treating a condition; it’s about connecting with patients on a human level and recognizing their unique stories and needs. He firmly believes that a patient-centered care approach is the key to success in the healthcare field, where building trust, listening, and empathizing with patients is essential. Robert Willet Rund, LO, CPO, MPO

Will discovered his passion for Prosthetics and Orthotics in high school while searching for an internship. He was drawn to the field because it uniquely combines clinical care with hands-on problem-solving and innovation. The opportunity to help patients regain independence and witness life-changing outcomes deeply resonated with him. Will earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina, followed by a Master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics in Tampa. He went on to complete his residency with Falk Prosthetics & Orthotics, gaining experience across a wide range of patient needs. Specializing in prosthetics, pediatric orthotics, and cranial helmets, Will provides personalized, patient-focused care. He invests the time to understand each patient’s goals and challenges, developing tailored treatment plans that restore both function and confidence. His commitment is to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care and support on their journey back to mobility. Will is certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics (ABC), is a member of the American Academy of Orthotists & Prosthetists (AAOP), and is licensed by the state of Florida.
