About Billing and Reimbursement for Services
Falk Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc. provides direct billing services to Medicare and most insurance companies. We also have contracts with most HMO plans.
Reimbursement for most services is covered by medical insurance companies, HMOs, Medicare, Medicaid, and Worker's Compensation. Falk Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc. can submit the necessary paperwork and pre-authorize payments for insurance. In instances where insurance does not cover services, flexible payment plans can be arranged.

Falk Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc. maintains an open line of communication with all of your referring physicians. Often, it is necessary for the orthotist/prosthetist to consult directly with the physician regarding the specifications of his or her prescription. This assures the best possible care for our patients.
